1.About ACE360

ACE360 is software that helps trading partners capture leads, run engagement campaigns, generate marketing content and track conversions. ACE360 is a technology provider only.

ACE360 is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, money manager or payment institution. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, offer investment advice or guarantee any commercial outcome.

2.Invite-only eligibility

Access is granted by approval. You must submit an access request and be approved before an account is activated. We may decline, suspend or withdraw access at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and permitted to promote financial products in every jurisdiction you market to.

3.Your account

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials, for any bot tokens or broker links you connect, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are for a single partner organisation. Do not resell, sublicense or share workspace access without written permission.

4.Subscriptions, trials and billing

ACE360 is offered on a free trial followed by paid Starter and Growth subscriptions. Plan limits (leads, AI generations, campaigns) are shown in your workspace and enforced automatically.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen interval until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance, are non-refundable for periods already served, and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5.Acceptable use and marketing conduct

You are solely responsible for the legality of your promotions. When you use ACE360 to publish content, you agree to:

• Include risk warnings required by your regulator and your broker's partner agreement.
• Never promise, guarantee or imply guaranteed profits, fixed returns or risk-free trading.
• Never present simulated, backtested or historical performance as future results.
• Never offer discretionary trading, fund management or signal copying you are not licensed to provide.
• Never message people who have not opted in, and honour every opt-out request promptly.
• Never upload malware, scrape the platform, bypass plan limits or attempt to access another partner's workspace.

6.Content you generate

AI-generated posts, banners and campaign copy are drafts. You must review every output for accuracy, compliance and brand fit before publishing it. You remain the publisher of record.

You retain ownership of your leads, brand assets and content. You grant ACE360 the limited licence needed to host, process and display that material to operate the service.

7.Third-party services

ACE360 connects to services you choose, including Telegram, your broker's affiliate systems and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or payouts.

8.Data protection

For the leads you capture, you are the data controller and ACE360 is your processor. You must have a lawful basis for collecting and contacting those individuals. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9.Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and preview or simulated features (such as demo data and preview economic alerts) are provided for illustration only.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE360 is not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost data, trading losses or indirect or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms, regulatory risk, non-payment or abuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time and request an export of your data before deletion.

12.Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
